The festival is organised and run by PACE Theatre Company, a non-profit making company and charity, and take place during the school holidays. Most events in the festival involve participants attending 1-2 weeks of workshops and rehearsals in drama, music and movement, culminating in a public performance at the end of the week. All the events have been devised to guarantee an enjoyable, creative and memorable experience for those who take part, providing not only a fantastic opportunity to join the cast of a spectacular performance and work with a professional full-time production team, but also a rewarding and educational rehearsal experience. Rehearsals normally take place from 10am-4pm each day at venues in Ayr and are open to PACE members and non-members.
