the show
No-one believes a liar, even when they tell the truth.
An enchanting version of Aesop’s fable, which tells the story of a shepherd boy who thinks it’s fun to pretend to the villagers that a wolf is scaring the sheep, which he learns to regret when a wolf actually appears. Told in a participatory performance, incorporating music and shadow puppetry, participants will rehearse and perform the story alongside our actors, bringing it to life for an audience. The experience will be a fun and inspiring opportunity for pupils to improve their confidence and creativity looking at communication through storytelling, drama and music.
