the show
‘United’ is a show devised by PACE after consultation with teaching staff. and other agencies. The show itself is fast moving and fun whilst still conveying a very important message through drama and original songs. The show will try to explain the danger of bigotry and prejudice to everyone.

the storyline
Two football teams both alike in dignity. In the spirit of fair game where we lay our scene.
On Derby Day it’s Red City versus White United and all the fans do is fight! Through bigoted chanting and hateful actions the fans don't understand one another and things are getting out of control. Now its time for the fans to reclaim the field:
To question assumptions and challenge boundaries.
To distance themselves from bigotry, prejudice and intolerant attitudes.
To build friendships and understanding of each others backgrounds to become... UNITED!

NB. United also works well as a collaborative project between two schools in one area.
